In the last hour, consumer privacy advocate Katherine Albrecht shared an update on the current US census plan which incorporates tagging homes with GPS readings. Data collection is being done by some 140,000 workers for the 2010 census, and she expressed concern that some of the information they are gathering could be misused by the government.

This is getting serious. The Democrats are after total control.
They are in the process of passing this buy Democrat votes Bill (stimulus). After that they will pass the Amnesty for Democrat voting Illegal Aliens Bill. Then they will pass legislation that equates Washington DC with the States, therefore granting it one voting member of the House and two voting members of the Senate. And then finally to top it off, the White House is going to for the first time in history be in charge of the census. They will use the estimation system of counting the inner city (Democrat voting) population thereby giving them an even greater edge than they already have in the up coming Presidential election.
We are in serious trouble; our country is in peril, we need to wake up.

White House control over census worries Utah GOP
Washington » Utah's Republican members of Congress are none too happy about a plan that would have the Census Bureau report to White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel, the former head of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.
Utah lost out on a fourth House seat after the 2000 Census by a few hundred people and argued unsuccessfully all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court that the bureau should have counted Mormon missionaries from Utah serving abroad.
That legal fight has made Utah officials wary of the 2010 Census, and news out of the White House that the director of the Census Bureau will work under Emanuel has deepened that concern.
"The political land grab is stunning," said freshman Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah. The census "is not intended to be political in any way shape or form. We're not even 15 days into this administration and they're already working on the next campaign."
Rep. Rob Bishop, R-Utah, echoed those concerns, saying neither the Constitution nor Congress has delegated census power to the White House chief of staff.
"It would politicize the process much more than it needs to be, and it shouldn't happen," Bishop said. "It takes something that is supposedly apolitical like the census, and gives it to a guy who is infamously political."
The White House move to place the census under more direct control comes after black and Latino advocacy groups argued
that President Barack Obama's nominee for Commerce secretary, Sen. Judd Gregg, R-N.H., has opposed increased funding for the census and is against sampling.
Sampling uses mathematical formulas to gauge population estimates instead of house-to-house counts. The method, typically opposed by conservatives and supported by liberals, is regarded by some mathematicians as a more accurate method to ensure some populations, such as immigrants, are counted.
Detractors of sampling say the Constitution is clear that every person must be counted, which rules out such a method.
The National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials also argued that Gregg's record of fighting budget boosts for the 2000 Census is of concern.
"With Census 2010 less than a year and a half away, it is critical that the Census Bureau move forward effectively with its planning, enumeration and outreach activities," NALEO said. "This cannot happen unless the secretary of commerce demonstrates strong leadership and full support for the bureau's important work."
The White House denies any intention to politicize the census, saying that Obama has wanted to re-evaluate the program since his election.
"There is historic precedent for the director of the census, who works for the commerce secretary and the president, to work closely with White House senior management, given the number of decisions that will have to be put before the president," spokesman Ben LaBolt said. "We plan to return to that model in this administration."

4) The 4th Amendment to the Constitution prohibits government search and seizure of private information without a court warrant based on probable cause, Current Census policies violate that Amendment do they not?
5) By what Constitutional authority does the Census Bureau threaten penalties for failure to provide personal information?
6) The Census Bureau claims it maintains privacy of personal information, Are there any circumstances under which law enforcement or spy agencies can access Census information?
7) Since presumably Census data may be subpoenaed by law enforcement, may individuals refuse to answer questions according to the fifth Amendment?
8) Why has the Census Bureau decided to collect GPS coordinates for every home?
9) Virtually every government database has been either lost, hacked or compromised, would the Census Bureau's claim of data security not be an outright lie or at best highly improbable?
10) How would the Census Bureau locate, protect and compensate those individuals whose data becomes compromised?
There is a great deal of confusion about the Census "short form" and "Long Form" because the Census Bureau has failed to equally publicize the two current approaches. Wake Up America
The America Fall
It has been said by many, "will America fall to the ground". This is one of the biggest questions that come to my mind. What will it take to demised a country we call, America the Great. Over hundred of century ago man has try to deceive you and they doing a good dam job of it.
Today we live in a society that don't and won't we the bible, the bible holds all the key elements for the salvation of man kind. United States of America was built on Christian principle, what happen to the morals and value we used to hold. What ever happen to the love this country once used to withstand for. Let look back in time, let review and revisit our country history, as well as world history and exam all the dot to make a strong connection were we are heading to.
It is the compelling search for truth, for it is not my quest to perform this work, not of self-understanding, but it is a command, which come from God the father of Abraham. Our Father, which is in heaven, has put this deep enigma on my heart, so deep in the core of my soul, which leads for me to complete what, was once started. My last research of end time prophecies has been destroyed by unwanted energy. As the day go by it is my destiny to complete this work to be share by those who mind is has been demise by our governmental system.
Today we live in a society with technology that control the minds of mankind, not to mention three major religion that divided man from truth.
As man worshiping in a God, which we call money, and to gain control of the world we will see all the signs of the end time. This called has been foretold by great scholars of our time and in biblical time. This is my deepest story of what is soon to come on the hearts of man as we approach near the end time days.
In the great book of revelation, it teaches man, not just Christian, Islamic, and Judaism, but all mankind which God has created, what is to be unfold as we reach the end time ages. I ask many people, “have you read the whole book of revelation and not just read it, but study what God has command us to do”. The book of revelation is full of code and secrets, a mystery of the unknown. Most people answer that they tried to read it, but just wasn’t good reading, other say they cannot understand what it texts is saying.
As you unlock your mind for understanding, search for truth what is real from fiction, and engross yourself for knowledge, for the shield of God grace will protect your soul from damnation. All ye people it time to wake up and seek what is not being told and taught in the new age churches, for it is written by Daniel, Paul, John and Jeremiah. The Bible is full of truth on what to expect in our time. Many will live to see this great transformation take place and many will perished before it transpires in this lifetime.
We will journey into the true knowledge, so you will not suffer from a lack of knowledge.
Most people today do not know what Scripture prophesies. They do not know that Satan is real, nor do they know how he operates or what his intentions are. All this provides the fertile ground for the seeds of deception to sprout and grow—which is what we are seeing today. This was foretold long ago by the prophet Hosea who wrote, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge" because they have forgotten God and rejected His instructions—and we will reap serious consequences as a result (Hosea 4:6). As the end of this present age approaches, you can avoid being deceived if you take the time to study the Bible and learn what it actually says (2 Timothy 2:15). Scripture exhorts us: "Test all things; hold fast what is good" (1 Thessalonians 5:21).
Jesus Christ stated, "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free"(John 8:31–32). Widespread religious deception is prophesied to occur as the end of the age approaches. If you know what is coming and how it will come, and if you remain alert and look to God’s word for guidance, you will not be deceived!
So my question to all you Christians American will America fall and burn to the ground. My answer is yes. This may sound very bash, but if you take a deep look at this country economy, you can see that it falling very fast. Let look at some points regarding the old Rome.
The history of the Roman Empire is one of piecemeal expansion. The Roman Empire was a commercial enterprise, a conquest corporation. The people who benefited (the owners) were the aristocracy; ultimately most of the common people were irreparably damaged by imperial conquest.

The Senators and Equites (knights) created great fortunes on the backs not only of the conquered, but also on the backs of Roman peasants and artisans, as well. Their conquest spoil of treasure and slaves enabled the aristocracy to buy up huge estates, sell crops more cheaply than the peasants--because of slave labor--drive more peasants off the land and buy up even more land--to be worked upon by slaves they or others captured in the continuing wars of conquest. That's really, what the history of the Roman Empire is all about, repeatedly. That's why "bread and circuses" became necessary: to pacify the mob, the surplus people who had been yeomen farmers before the conquests; they weren't happy about living in the cities and having no work. They had come to the cities rather than starve. Artisans fared barely better, since many of the slaves came from regions with higher skills, like Greece. By the fifth century, artisans and farm workers were assigned to their crafts by birth, and were little better than slaves, even if nominally free.

JEFFERSON CITY - Gov. Matt Blunt today issued the following statement on news reports that have exposed plans by U.S. Senator Barack Obama to use Missouri law enforcement to threaten and intimidate his critics.
St. Louis County Circuit Attorney Bob McCulloch, St. Louis City Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce, Jefferson County Sheriff Glenn Boyer, and Obama and the leader of his Missouri campaign Senator Claire McCaskill have attached the stench of police state tactics to the Obama-Biden campaign.
What Senator Obama and his helpers are doing is scandalous beyond words, the party that claims to be the party of Thomas Jefferson is abusing the justice system and offices of public trust to silence political criticism with threats of prosecution and criminal punishment.
This abuse of the law for intimidation insults the most sacred principles and ideals of Jefferson. I can think of nothing more offensive to Jeffersons thinking than using the power of the state to deprive Americans of their civil rights. The only conceivable purpose of Messrs. McCulloch, Obama and the others is to frighten people away from expressing themselves, to chill free and open debate, to suppress support and donations to conservative organizations targeted by this anti-civil rights, to strangle criticism of Mr. Obama, to suppress ads about his support of higher taxes, and to choke out criticism on television, radio, the Internet, blogs, e-mail and daily conversation about the election.
Barack Obama needs to grow up. Leftist blogs and others in the press constantly say false things about me and my family. Usually, we ignore false and scurrilous accusations because the purveyors have no credibility. When necessary, we refute them. Enlisting Missouri law enforcement to intimidate people and kill free debate is reminiscent of the Sedition Acts - not a free society.
Larry Sinclair Exposes Murder of Obama's Alleged Gay Lover
Considered Puerto Rico’s most popular TV show, SuperXclusivo came on the air in 1999. La Comay and Hector are gossip mongers whose targets include politicians, sports figures, celebrities and religious figures. It was this venue that Larry Sinclair got his interview with a puppet and its pal, Hector, about Sinclair’s claims that Obama participated in gay sex and illicit drugs in the back of limo and Choice motel with Larry Sinclair in 1999, and Sinclair’s newest allegations, that Sinclair has info for the Chicago cops, that Obama had “another gay lover who was murdered back in December.
Sinclair claims his motive is simple, that he wants Obama to “be honest” , that Obama lied about his prior drug use, that Sinclair believes the public has the right to know about Obama’s “past” after Obama and his campaign refused to acknowledge Sinclair’s demands that Obama “come clean” in the months leading up to Sinclair’s Youtube video at the end of January.
In the La Comay interview Sinclair stated that he had “nothing to hide”. Sinclair said he has been “open and honest”. This has not been the case. Sinclair claims he has “proof” which confirms the drug and gay sex allegations that he and Obama met at a lounge in Chicago in 1999, via “credit card” receipts and a summary from Choice Hotels showing a stay at a motel in Gurnee, Illinois yet Sinclair can’t seem to publish facts about his own past. All info that has come out about Sinclair was printed in the Globe, that Sinclair served time in more than one prison, that Sinclair was not only a drug smuggler but also a coyote, a person who brought illegals across the border, always at a price, and that Sinclair was convicted of fraud. While Sinclair has sued three anonymous posters on the site, Democratic Underground and Senator Obama and David Axelroad, Sinclair has not filed a slander suit against the Globe nor denied their story about his past.
Sinclair claims three commenters had no right to post comments that in their opinion Sinclair is lying about Senator Obama and is suing the posters for $3 million. Sinclair filed another suit against Senator Obama and David Axelrod claiming they had attempted to silence Sinclair, a violation of the First Amendment and Free Speech. Evidently, according to Larry, the three posters at DU do not have the same rights in regards to Free Speech as Larry.
Sinclair sued the three posters for 3 million bucks, a very large amount for damages, even though Sinclair has, through his own website, posted a copy of a motion to dismiss a warrant from the state of Colorado for theft, that Sinclair: suffers from nerve and spine damage, is terminally ill, and whose sole support has been Social Security benefits.
Larry Sinclair told the creepy puppet and his sidekick Hector on SuperXclusivo that he was in “fear for his life” and that he is “terminally ill”. Pastor Manning Visited By CIA Expects To Be Arrested
Pastor James David Manning, one of President Obama's most vocal and outspoken critics, has just released a video in which he claims that on the afternoon of November 16th, 2009, while at his ATLAH World Missionary Church, he was visited by two CIA agents. Manning says the agents claimed that they were from Homeland Security and were accompanied by two NYPD Detectives.
Pastor Manning also said he expects to be arrested within the next few days and charged with "the threat against the life of a U.S. President", and he believes that this arrest is imminent.
However, Manning says he welcomes the arrest and will not attempt to resist. He believes it is possible that God will use his arrest to finally bring about the truth regarding Obama's citizenship.
I don't have a clue how this will all play out, but I do know in my heart that Pastor Manning never threatened the life of anyone..all he wanted was some answers.

The Western world, from Australia to the United States, UK and parts of Europe, are moving in a unified front toward dictatorial Internet censorship. Australia has led the way, despite outcry from its populace, by "filtering" out certain banned content. In the United States, Sen. Jay Rockefeller, in continuing his family's tradition of oppressing free humanity, has pushed forward Cybersecurity legislation that has already passed the House. He has done so in the name of warding off ghastly cyber "attackers" conceivably fronting for al Qaeda while ushering in a means to restrict free speech and expression online for the general population.
With Obama's support, most of the developed world has accepted plans for government-approved online activity and Pentagon-monitored internet traffic. The U.S. and UK are facilitating the hijacking of what has, until now, been a highly-democratic Internet. Overall, it has been a technological God-send for bringing together communication and strongly expressing thought outside of the mainstream information available on television and in print.
Now, people are being forced onto the corporate-dominated Internet2-- once again, in the name of "security." (Internet) Freedom sacrificed at the same false alter of (Internet) Security. Independent blogs, news sites and online businesses will all be financially disadvantaged by access fees not demanded of dominant entities. What is today outside the 'norm' but well within free speech will tomorrow be evaluated by politically-correct criteria that will be used to identify sites to block and users to deny access.
Already, referrals to sites like Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com are being denied not only in Australia, but in places like New Zealand-- who have not adopted the same policies, but do share ISPs who have ordered a block. All across the world, wherever internet "filtering" and outright censorship has been phased in-- via libraries, businesses, airports, and so forth, sites that are critical of government are consistently blocked first. This has been true not only of Alex Jones' several websites, but also of sites like Wikileaks, Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), Cryptome and etc, etc. The common theme is not operating outside of law or of speaking in extremities, but challenging the power establishment through distribution of information and/or shedding light on its otherwise little known unscrupulous activities.
This Orwellian scheme has already been branded by the outrages of Cass Sunstein, one of the Obama 'Czars', who has called for governments to ban "conspiratorial theories" and identified thought-crimes including a disbelief in man-made global warming and a belief in the basic goodness of "sunshine." In considering how to eradicate 'outlawed' beliefs, Sunstein posits the benefits of using bloggers to engage and counter 'disinformation.' A very similar version of this strategy has already been adopted by the Pentagon in its "infowars" campaign.
